Fitness Consultation

Depending on your situation, you might need help creating goals, designing a program, or you might need a fresh perspective on how to accomplish something. 

 

If you find yourself lost in your pursuit of fitness, the best way to reach your goals is starting with a consultation.  I will provide you with advice rooted in experience so that you are not wasting time and accomplishing things sooner than you would otherwise.

Personal Training / Online or At Home

Virtual or in-person physical workout session where we work together one or one, personalized just for you.

Everybody knows exercise is beneficial and it should be an ongoing part of your life.  If you want to stay healthy into old age, you should always be doing physical activity.  Personal Training gives you more direction and accountability than you would have on your own.  

 

I can provide you with quality programming, safe and effective techniques and procedures, and easy to follow training methods to help you reach your fitness goals. 

 

Safe and effective training methods. Workouts are fun and creative to prevent the boredom of exercising alone.

Small Group Classes

If you’re looking for something more cost effective than personal training, more private than a gym, and more social that doing it alone, small group classes are just the thing you need. 

With groups between two and ten, schedule a customized structured workout to meet your specific needs. The more participants, the better the deal per person! 

 

These classes provide an opportunity to access a workout that matches your style. Strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, are just a few of the things we could work on together. 

$10 for 5 min.

Build-A-Move/Technique Progression

I build a video focused on technique progression for you. This can range from therapy level techniques (pain relief/mobility) to combining advanced compound movements (high difficulty performance moves).

Build-A-Timer

Timers are often used in my workouts because they provide excellent workout structure and remove the need to count repetitions.  This allows you to devote more focus to the feeling and quality of the movement, it also gives you a time goal to reach for. This will play on your sound system along with music, etc

 (You will need to purchase a $4.99 app called “Seconds” as well)  Personalized Timers: $10 each
