"I love working out in Josh's classes! I've actually stuck with his classes for awhile, and there's several reasons why. First, the workouts are always challenging but never impossible. I appreciate that Josh offers options depending on your specific goals and ability at any given time. Second, Josh keeps class exciting with new exercises every session!
