Hi, I am Josh Jantz, and my business is improving your fitness and health

..no matter where you are physically and mentally.  I’m a critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving, creativity-incorporating individual.  My primary area of focus is exercise, but I am also very philosophically and psychologically-oriented. 

 I use exposure to challenges and various types of conditioning to:

  • Improve bodily health, function and performance 
  • Remove mental blocks and limiting perspectives
  • Improve physical appearance through exercise

The primary reason most of us exercise is to change or maintain our physical bodies in some way. No matter how you want to improve your health or performance through training, I can help you. Whether it is your muscle and bone density, A1C, weight management, or mobility and agility, I have a path to progress.
I can provide structure and direction that will drive you toward your goals and give you benchmarks to demonstrate the value of your efforts.

Remove mental blocks and limiting perspectives

Fitness is an ongoing endeavor, and whether you are new or experienced, your intentions and mindset will influence the results of your investment. Honesty is important when dispelling inaccurate beliefs, and compassion is essential when providing reassurance. Perspective comes from experience, and my experience serves as your guardrails. My job is to keep you on track mentally so you are moving in a positive direction toward your goals.

Improve physical appearance through exercise

Physical appearance is an important aspect of fitness and is often a primary goal. The reality is that being satisfied with your appearance builds confidence and pride. Where there is confidence, fear and insecurity shrink. If you have an aesthetic you envision, training in the right ways can bring you closer to that ideal. You were born with a body; work ethic, good direction, and time will help you maximize its potential.
