Through customized workout plans, virtual check-ins, and ongoing support, I’ll guide you through your fitness journey remotely. Whether you prefer working out at home, the gym, or on the go, you’ll get a program designed specifically for your goals and lifestyle. I’m here to keep you motivated, adjust your plan as you progress, and ensure you’re getting the most out of every session—all while working at your own pace, on your own schedule.
How Do We Start Working Together?
- You reach out to me to determine the video platform that we connect on. I suggest you fill out the contact form below so I can help you better. This should include your availability (days/times), your focus, your personal limitations (injuries, health conditions, likes/dislikes, etc.), and any other comments or questions you may have pertaining to training. Please include your preferred communication method.
- We work together to set up a meet date and time. I will respond to within 24 hours. It will help if you give me as much information as possible so I can prepare to work with you.
Beginning Online Training
- When we meet, the session will be your time. This will be an opportunity to focus on whatever you need to improve your fitness.
- An online session will be catered to your focus, and designed to help you progress no matter what area of fitness you would like to improve.
- I have a wide experience base in terms of equipment and exercise programming. If you want to improve your strength, body composition, flexibility, power output, endurance and more, I will be focused on facilitating your growth.
- My objective every workout, is to get you one stop closer to your goals. I am a facilitator, so you shouldn’t expect unnecessary pressure, just honesty, direction, and challenges to drive you. Sustainable change requires time. My job is laying the foundation for you to incorporate fitness effectively into your life and keep you growing after.
