SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING 

Small group personal training combines the benefits of individualized coaching with the energy and support of working alongside others. In these sessions, you’ll receive personalized attention while also enjoying the motivation and camaraderie that comes from training in a group setting. With a focus on quality, form, and progress, I’ll ensure that each workout is tailored to your goals and abilities, while fostering a fun, supportive environment for everyone involved. It’s a great way to push yourself, connect with others, and make fitness a shared experience.

What does a session look like ?

Between 2 and 4 people in the same space working out. 

Semi-private sessions where you get similar  attention to personal training at a discounted rate. 

You will know everyone in the class because you build the class together, comfort. 

Workouts will incorporate your own personal goals including; muscle building, weight loss, flexibility, posture correction, core strength, cardio and more. Warm up – workout and cool down
