"I love working out in Josh's classes! I've actually stuck with his classes for awhile, and there's several reasons why. First, the workouts are always challenging but never impossible. I appreciate that Josh offers options depending on your specific goals and ability at any given time. Second, Josh keeps class exciting with new exercises every session! I'm kept (literally) on my toes and am never bored. Thirdly, Josh always brings a positive attitude and is constantly encouraging us. It can be hard to be motivated to regularly exercise, but knowing that at least one person is always cheering for you makes a big difference. Lastly, Josh is so kind and welcoming to everyone. He truly wants to meet you where you're at in physical fitness and help you reach whatever goals you have! "My personal experience with group classes first starts with affordable for amazing quality. I'm repeatedly astonished by Josh's abilities to read the class and adapt his plans for that days work out. He humby does research in his downtime that becomes invaluable for the aches I describe to him from a desk job. I've gained new knowledge of stretches that target stiffness. And with his encouragement lifted to new levels I never imagined possible with success. The diverse students he calls his regulars are also phenomenal; positive, motivating, supportive, and friends you stick with for years. A few days without him and I definitely need to return; multiple days of regular sessions and I'm craving more challenges."
